1. Agricultural Supplies

Refunds and returns depend on the product type.

Faulty products
Eligible for a refund or replacement upon inspection. -
Non-faulty items:
Exchanges are permitted but refunds will not be offered for items that are not faulty or those that were not damaged during transit.
3. Fresh Produce

Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been delivered.

Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.
