Refund & Returns Policy

At iKonoBI, we strive to deliver quality products. This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or returns will be considered.

1. Agricultural Supplies

• Refunds and returns depend on the product type.

• Faulty products
  Eligible for a refund or replacement upon inspection.

• Non-faulty items:
  Exchanges are permitted but refunds will not be offered for items that are not faulty or those that were not damaged during transit.

3. Fresh Produce

• Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we do not offer refunds or returns once the product has been delivered.

4. Process for Refunds & Returns

• To request a refund or return, please contact us at info@ikonobi.com within 7 days of purchase (unless otherwise stated above).

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method.

• All communication should be made to us within 48 hours of receiving the product should there be an issue.
