FAQs
1. Can households order directly from us?
Yes! Household customers can browse our Fresh Produce Catalogue and shop online or place an order via whatsapp.
2. Do you deliver, and where?
Yes, we do deliver in Gauteng currently. Delivery costs depend on the size of your order and location.
3. Do you accept pickups?
At the moment, no - we do not allow pickups. All orders are delivered either by our own vehicles, a trusted courier or a third party logistics partner. (In 2026, once we move into a warehouse and set up our container shop, collections will be available.)
4. Do you install JoJo Tanks?
No, we do not offer installation services for JoJo Tanks.
5. What payment method do you accept?
We currently accept EFT and card payment. For fresh produce, we accept cash on delivery. Purchases made at the container shop can be made via card machine or cash.
6. Do you offer wholesale pricing on the Agricultural supplies division?
No, we don't offer wholesale pricing as we do not sell to re-sellers or distributors. Our prices are the same for all customers. However, if you place a large order, we may offer a discount.
7. Who are our Agri Supplies business customers?
We supply products to businesses that need them for their operations - for example, farms, small agricultural enterprises, or other commercial users. We do not supply businesses that intend to resell our products.
8. Do we supply fresh produce to retail stores like Pick n Pay?
No, we do not supply large retail stores or distributors. Our goal at IKonoBI is to provide fresh, high-quality products directly to households at affordable prices. Selling through major retail chains would add extra markups and increase the cost for customers. We pick from our farm and you collect or we deliver. Simple, quick, affordable, no hassle.
9. Do you work with distributors?
Yes, but only with small, local distributors who share our mission of providing fresh, affordable products directly to households. These distributors sell locally - for example, at farmers' market, street stalls, or directly to rural households - and help us reach more people without adding unnecessary costs.
