Shipping & Delivery Policy

At iKonoBI, we are committed to ensuring that your fresh produce and agricultural supplies are delivered safely and on time. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle orders, shipping, returns and delivery.

1. Shipping Areas

  • We currently deliver in Gauteng.

  • Please confirm availability in your area before placing an order.

2. Delivery for Fresh Produce

  • Fresh produce is delivered locally in Gauteng to ensure quality and freshness.

  • Deliveries are scheduled on specific days of the week (customers will be notified of available slots).

  • Fresh produce must be received in person at the delivery address. If no one is available to receive the order, we cannot guarantee product quality after attempted delivery.

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we do not ship via courier services and/or outside our delivery zones.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Fresh produce: Delivery fees are fixed/local (details shared at checkout or upon order confirmation).

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation and estimated delivery date via email or SMS.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

  • We may offer a replacement or refund (depending on the product type & condition)

  • We accept returns for defective items only, alternatively, we offer exchange.

  • For fresh produce, we will assess on a case-by-case basis (no refunds for quality changes due to unattended deliveries).
